Nursing fees are $50/ hour, each nurse. Nursing fees are charged to clients that request longer-duration clinics, early set-up, or a greater nurse/participant ratio. Nursing fees may apply in lieu of billing a client for the minimum number of projected doses, as outlined in "Exhibit A".

Vaccine charges and fees: More information and explanation

♦ For example: A client with three offices, totaling 250 participants will be billed per location and pricing for each site will be based on the number of doses administered at those locations.

• We often bid on multiple-site jobs by offering a more competitive set rate.

• Our bid rates depend on the area served, size of clinics, areas served, and total amount of vaccine purchased.

♦ Nurses are generally provided based on a ratio of one nurse per 25 participants, per hour.

Clients may request a higher ratio of nurses for their event at a rate of $50/hour, per nurse.

♦ Turnout or doses administered must be at least 90% of client's projected number of participants.

♦ We ask that each client gauge turnout/participation rates and staff each clinic accordingly.

♦ If fewer than 90% of projected doses are administered the client is billed for either the amount of doses short of 90% turnout ("unused doses"), or total nursing costs for the duration of the clinic- whichever is less.

♦ Any and all unused doses will remain available to the client, for administration at our San Diego offices, for 30 days from the date of service, if the client's account is in good standing. 

For example: A 150 participant clinic will be scheduled for two hours with three nurses included in the per-dose price of $19.50.

• If only 120 doses are given (135 doses is the 90% minimum) the client will be billed for 15 unused doses $292.50.

• If only 100 doses are given, the client can choose to be billed for total nursing costs of $300.00, in lieu of paying for the minimum number of unused vaccinations.

• If the client requests that we extend the clinic duration we would still book 3 nurses (because of "flow" concerns), and bill the client in one hour increments, for each assigned nurse.
