Pacifica Health and Medical Corporation
is a medical services company
founded in 2002 Under our corporate umbrella are two companies,
Pacifica
Medical Staffing and Pacifica Health Services, which provide complimentary
services to a broad client base that includes Hospitals, families,
and corporations.
In response to California's ever
growing demand for qualified health
care
professionals Pacifica Medical Staffing began providing
nurse support to
hospitals in September of 2002.
Since then our company has grown and expanded to provide
nurses and
caregivers in the home, and supplemental staff to homecare
agencies, skilled
nursing facilities, surgery centers, and convalescent
homes.
Pacifica Medical Staffing is now the western United
States premier medical
staffing agency and a nurses' best option for per-diem,
traveler, and
permanent placement employment in California and the
west, including Texas,
Arizona, and Nevada.
Pacifica Health Services provides a menu of corporate
employee benefit
services such as employee drug screening and flu vaccination
clinics to
companies and associations with a large workforce.
We also design and
conduct flu vaccination clinics for our clients that
would like to offer
vaccination to the public, such as Wal-Mart, or in
shopping centers.
This year with the addition of new hospital contracts
we have plans to
expand beyond our current service area and into states
including New York,
Massachusetts, and Florida.
